the initial specifications to the finalisation of the
tooling, every part of our structure is involved in
giving an adequate response to our customer's exigencies.
- Digitalising machines up to 3000 x 1500 x 1000
mm.
* Machining / Electroerosion
: we use the most modern techniques in 3 and 5 axis
milling:
- Milling
machines up to 6000 x 3550 x 1300 mm driven by CNC
and CAM systems
- High speed Milling
centres up to 1380 x 750 x 600 mm in 3 and 5 axis.
- Electroerosion.
* Resins (modelists)
and assembly section with highly qualified personnel,
who dispose of all the necessary equipment such
as adjustment presses, etc.
* Control: our 2
three-dimensional measurement machines (3 and 5
axis) are able to guarantee every required dimensional
specification.
Our KNOW-HOW, built during many years of experience, allows
us to accomplish many different projects in various activity
sectors such as foundry, forging, assembly tooling, etc.
We drive projects both for prototyping and high series
parts.
